Acceptance of these terms
Strada Nera LLC ("Strada Nera," "we," "us," or "our") is a California limited liability company operating as a licensed motor vehicle dealer, California Dealer License #72610, located at 9823 Pacific Heights Blvd Ste K, San Diego, California 92121.
By accessing stradanera.com, submitting a form, or transacting with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy & Messaging Terms.
Where a signed purchase agreement, consignment agreement, deposit receipt, or bill of sale covers the same subject as these terms, that signed document controls.
Vehicle listings and pricing
Every vehicle on this site is one of one. Inventory changes constantly, and a listing may remain visible briefly after a vehicle is sold or placed under deposit.
- Listings are not offers. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell. A sale is formed only when both parties sign a purchase agreement and we accept your payment.
- Availability is not guaranteed. Vehicles are sold on a first-come basis and may be withdrawn, repriced, or sold at any time without notice.
- Errors happen. Specifications, mileage, options, colors, build sheets, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain typographical or data-entry errors. We reserve the right to correct any error and to decline or cancel any transaction arising from one, including after an order is placed. Verify anything material to your decision before you commit.
- Photography. Images are of the actual vehicle unless noted. Color reproduction varies by display, and lighting and lens choice affect how paint, leather, and trim appear.
Advertised prices
Advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and apply to a cash or certified-funds purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transport, storage, detailing, and out-of-state registration services, where requested, are quoted separately.
Vehicles listed as "Call for Price," "Inquire," or without a displayed price are not offered at any published figure.
Vehicle condition and inspection
We sell used, exotic, and collector automobiles. These vehicles carry age, mileage, prior ownership, prior service, and in many cases prior cosmetic or mechanical repair. Wear consistent with age and use is expected and is not a defect.
You are encouraged to inspect any vehicle before purchase. You may examine it in person at our showroom during business hours, or arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection by a qualified third-party technician of your choosing, at your expense and by appointment. We will make the vehicle reasonably available for that purpose.
Paint thickness readings, panel measurements, and similar diagnostics we publish are recorded with consumer-grade instruments at a point in time. They indicate relative variation across panels; they are not a certification of originality, and they do not detect every form of prior repair.
If you buy without inspecting the vehicle, you accept it in the condition described in the listing and the purchase documents, and you waive any claim based on a condition an inspection would have revealed.
Sold as-is; warranty disclaimer
Unless a written warranty is provided to you at the time of sale, every vehicle is sold AS IS — WITH ALL FAULTS. Strada Nera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair after purchase.
The Buyer's Guide displayed on the vehicle window and delivered to you at closing is part of your purchase contract, and its terms override any contrary statement made to you, in this document or elsewhere.
Some vehicles may retain a balance of the manufacturer's original factory warranty or a transferable third-party service contract. Where that applies, coverage is provided by the manufacturer or contract administrator, not by Strada Nera, and is subject entirely to their terms, exclusions, and transfer requirements. We make no representation that any such coverage will be honored.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under California law that cannot be waived by agreement.
Deposits and holds
A deposit removes a vehicle from active sale for an agreed period. Deposits are accepted by wire transfer or certified funds and are documented on a written deposit receipt that states the amount, the hold period, and the refund terms for that specific transaction.
The signed deposit receipt governs whether and under what conditions a deposit is refundable. Do not rely on any statement on this website, in a text message, or in an email as to refundability. Read the receipt before you send funds.
Deposits are applied toward the purchase price at closing. We do not accept deposits on vehicles we have not yet acquired unless expressly agreed in writing.
Completing a purchase
- Payment. We accept wire transfer and certified funds. Vehicles are not released until funds have cleared our account. We do not release a vehicle against a pending wire, a hold notice, or a personal check.
- Wire fraud warning. Wire instructions come from us on our letterhead and are confirmed by telephone. Call us at (858) 215-2933 using a number you have independently verified before sending any funds. We will never send you revised wire instructions by email alone. We are not responsible for funds sent to an account we did not provide and confirm by voice.
- Title and registration. We process California title and registration through the DMV. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for registration, tax, and compliance in their own jurisdiction, including any emissions or import requirements. Title transfer timelines depend on the DMV and on any lienholder involved, and are outside our control.
- Delivery and transport. Risk of loss passes to you on payment in full and release of the vehicle, or on delivery to a carrier you have engaged, whichever occurs first. Carriers we recommend are independent contractors; we are not liable for their acts, delays, or damage in transit.
- Storage. Vehicles not collected within seven days of funds clearing may incur a storage charge, disclosed in advance.
- No cooling-off period. California law does not give you a right to cancel a vehicle purchase because you change your mind. There is no cooling-off period for vehicle sales. Any contract cancellation option must be purchased separately and is available only on used vehicles priced under the statutory threshold, which excludes most of our inventory.
Consignment and vehicle purchases
Valuations, offers, and estimates we provide for a vehicle you wish to sell or consign are non-binding, are based on the information and photographs you supply, and are subject to physical inspection and verification of title. An offer may be revised or withdrawn if the vehicle differs materially from your description, or if title, lien, or ownership issues arise.
Consignment arrangements are governed entirely by the signed consignment agreement, which sets the asking price, minimum acceptable price, commission, term, insurance responsibility, and conditions of storage and display.
By submitting a vehicle for evaluation you represent that you are the legal owner or an authorized agent of the owner, that you can convey clear title, and that you have disclosed all known liens, accident history, and material defects.
Financing
We facilitate applications to third-party lenders. We are not a lender and do not extend credit. Submitting an application is not an application to Strada Nera and does not guarantee approval, a rate, or a term.
Payment estimates shown on vehicle pages and in our payment calculator are illustrative only. They assume the rate, term, and down payment entered, assume excellent credit, and exclude taxes, government fees, dealer charges, and insurance. Your actual terms are set by your lender based on your credit profile. No estimate on this site is an offer of credit.
Credit application information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sensitive identifiers are collected directly and securely rather than through this website.
History reports and third-party data
Vehicle history reports, window sticker reproductions, service records, and build data displayed on this site originate with third parties. We pass them through as received and do not independently verify them.
These reports are not complete. They reflect only incidents reported to the databases the provider draws on. An accident, repair, or odometer discrepancy that was never reported will not appear. A clean report is not a representation by Strada Nera that a vehicle is accident-free or unmodified.
Production numbers, rarity claims, option codes, and historical background in our listing copy are compiled from manufacturer sources and marque references. They are provided for context and may contain inaccuracies. Verify anything you are relying on.
Intellectual property
All photography, video, listing copy, page design, and the Strada Nera name and marks on this site are owned by Strada Nera LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Our vehicle photography is original work produced by us.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or republish our photographs or listing copy — including on other dealer sites, marketplace listings, auction listings, or social accounts — without our prior written permission. Scraping this site by automated means is prohibited.
Manufacturer names, model designations, and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Strada Nera is an independent dealer and is not an authorized dealer of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or transmit malicious code. We may refuse service, remove content, or restrict access at our discretion.
Inquiry forms are for genuine buying and selling interest. We do not accept unsolicited commercial solicitation through them.
Communications and electronic records
By providing your contact information you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and — where you have opted in — text message. Our text messaging program, including opt-in, frequency, rates, and how to stop, is described in our Privacy Policy & Messaging Terms.
You agree that agreements, disclosures, and notices may be provided to you electronically and that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, subject to your right to withdraw consent and request paper copies.
Statements made in text messages, emails, or social media do not modify a signed agreement. Any change to a purchase, deposit, or consignment agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Messaging terms and data sharing
Data sharing
Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
We do not transfer mobile or SMS consumer data to any external organization under any circumstances, even with user consent, except solely to contracted messaging providers required to deliver SMS, and only under strict no-use and no-disclosure contractual restrictions.
Opting out and getting help
To opt out, reply STOP to 8582152933 at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. Replying STOP stops marketing text messages, and it also stops conversational and transactional text messages such as replies to your questions, appointment confirmations, and updates on a purchase or paperwork in progress.

Data we transfer to complete a service you requested
We transfer non-mobile customer data to external organizations in only two circumstances, both strictly necessary to complete a transaction you have asked us to complete: to lenders when you ask us to submit a credit application, and to the California DMV and tax authorities when we sell, title, or register a vehicle. Neither transfer is for promotional or marketing purposes, and neither includes mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging or any SMS opt-in data.
Strada Nera messaging terms and conditions
- The messaging program consists of customer care/conversational messages and marketing messages. Customer care/conversational messages answer questions and provide support to customers, including appointment confirmations and updates relevant to your relationship with us. Marketing messages are advance notice of upcoming and off-market vehicles before they are publicly listed, and occasional price changes on current inventory. We do not send discount codes, coupons, or retail promotions.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Website disclaimer
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties relating to the site to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strada Nera and its members, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, diminution in value, loss of use, or loss of data, arising from your use of this site or from any transaction with us, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising from any vehicle transaction will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that vehicle. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this site absent a transaction will not exceed one hundred dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strada Nera and its members, officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this site, your operation of a vehicle after delivery, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms, this site, or a transaction with us will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. The version in effect on the date you sign a purchase or consignment agreement governs that transaction.
