Who we are
Strada Nera LLC ("Strada Nera," "we," "us," or "our") is a California limited liability company operating as a licensed motor vehicle dealer (California Dealer License #72610) at 9823 Pacific Heights Blvd Ste K, San Diego, California 92121. We buy and sell exotic, luxury, and collector automobiles.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit stradanera.com, submit one of our forms, call or text us, or otherwise do business with us. It also sets out the terms of our text messaging program. By using our website or messaging us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, submitted through our contact form, vehicle inquiry forms, or sell/consignment forms.
- Vehicle information — details about a vehicle you want to sell or consign, including year, make, model, mileage, VIN, condition, and photographs.
- Credit application information — if you apply for financing, we collect the information required by lenders, which may include your address history, employment and income information, date of birth, and government identification numbers. We collect sensitive identifiers such as your Social Security number and driver's license number directly and securely rather than through this website's forms.
- Transaction information — purchase, deposit, trade-in, title, and registration records required to complete a sale and to comply with California DMV and federal reporting obligations.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, voicemails, and form messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Vehicle listing activity — which listings you view, save, or inquire about.
We do not knowingly collect biometric data, precise geolocation, or information about your race, religion, health, or political affiliation.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries about vehicles, pricing, availability, and appointments
- To prepare offers, purchase agreements, consignment agreements, and deposit receipts
- To submit credit applications to lenders at your request
- To process title, registration, and DMV paperwork
- To arrange transport, inspection, and delivery
- To send you information about vehicles and services you have asked about, and — where you have opted in — occasional marketing messages
- To operate, secure, and improve our website
- To comply with legal, tax, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations
Text messaging program
Strada Nera operates a text messaging program that lets customers reach us and receive replies at (858) 215-2933.
What we send
Our messaging program sends two types of messages: customer care/conversational and marketing.
- Customer care/conversational — two-way replies to questions you send us about a specific vehicle, pricing, or availability, appointment and test drive confirmations, and updates on the status of a purchase, trade-in, deposit, or title and registration paperwork.
- Marketing — advance notice of upcoming and off-market inventory before it is publicly listed, along with occasional price changes on current inventory. Sent only to customers who have opted in to receive them. We do not send discount codes, coupons, or retail promotions.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Strada Nera when you text us first, when you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, or when you check the messaging consent box on one of our website forms. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product, or service from us.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Strada Nera is not responsible for charges assessed by your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
To opt out, reply STOP to 8582152933 at any time. Replying STOP will opt you out of text messages from Strada Nera. You will receive a single confirmation message, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.
Replying STOP stops marketing text messages. It also stops conversational and transactional text messages, including replies to your questions, appointment reminders, and updates on a purchase, deposit, or paperwork in progress. If you opt out and still need to reach us, call us at (858) 215-2933 or email sales@stradanera.com.
How to get help
For help, reply HELP to 8582152933 or call 858-215-2933. You can also email us at sales@stradanera.com.

If you have questions about this policy or our text messages, contact us at sales@stradanera.com, (858) 215-2933, or 9823 Pacific Heights Blvd Ste K, San Diego, California 92121.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device settings.
Data we transfer to complete a service you requested
Two transfers of non-mobile data are strictly necessary to do what you have asked us to do, and we want to be explicit about them:
- Lenders and finance companies — when you ask us to submit a credit application, we transmit that application to the lenders you have asked us to approach.
- California DMV and tax authorities — when we sell, title, or register a vehicle, we transmit the records those agencies require by law.
Both transfers are limited to what the transaction or the law requires. Neither is for promotional or marketing purposes, and neither includes mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging or any SMS opt-in data.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We do not transfer mobile or SMS consumer data to any external organization under any circumstances, even with user consent, except solely to contracted messaging providers required to deliver SMS, and only under strict no-use and no-disclosure contractual restrictions. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Lenders and finance companies — when you ask us to submit a credit application on your behalf
- Government agencies — the California DMV, tax authorities, and other agencies, as required to title, register, and report vehicle sales
- Service providers — website hosting, email delivery, text messaging, payment processing, vehicle history reporting, transport, and inspection vendors, each acting on our instructions
- Marketplaces — vehicle listing details (not your personal information) are syndicated to platforms such as Cars.com, Autotrader, and Google
- Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers, as needed
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are excluded from all sharing except with the messaging providers who deliver our texts.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our inventory pages. We use analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, which may set their own cookies and collect device and usage data subject to their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Most browsers also transmit a "Do Not Track" signal; we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to satisfy legal requirements. California dealer records, including sales, title, and financing documents, are retained for the periods required by state and federal law.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of website form data and restricted access to customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting dealer recordkeeping requirements
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised these rights
To make a request, email sales@stradanera.com or call (858) 215-2933. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for written proof of their authority.
California's "Shine the Light" law also lets residents request a list of any personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not make such disclosures.
Third-party sites
Our site links to third-party services including vehicle history reports, marketplace listings, lender portals, and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes to our messaging program will be communicated to enrolled subscribers by text.
