The 993 is the last air-cooled 911 Porsche ever built, and within the 993 family the Carrera 4 Cabriolet in VarioRam specification is one of the rarest configurations made. Fewer than 1,138 were produced across the 1996, 1997, and 1998 model years combined. To put that in perspective: Porsche built 6,948 Carrera 4S coupes and 3,714 Carrera S coupes during the same era. This car carries the combination Porsche has never offered before or since: wide body, all-wheel drive, open top, six-speed manual, and an air-cooled flat-six singing into an open cabin.
This example is Guards Red, one owner from new, with 13,156 miles over thirty years. The factory door sticker is present in the jamb and legible, confirming every original build specification. The 1996 model year brings the VarioRam induction system, lifting output to 282 horsepower and broadening the power band through the midrange. It is the engine to have in a naturally aspirated 993.
The 993 collector market understands what moves the needle: mileage, ownership history, color, gearbox, and model rarity. This car has the right answer to every one of those questions. Single-owner, sub-15,000-mile 993s are genuinely unusual. Single-owner, sub-15,000-mile C4 Cabriolets in Guards Red with a manual gearbox and the correct door sticker are something else entirely. The air-cooled chapter is closed. This is what remains of it at its best.

Amazing experience working with Rob, From the very beginning, Rob was extremely transparent, professional, and straightforward throughout the entire process.
What really stood out to me was the level of transparency with the vehicle itself. He provided the service records and history upfront, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Everything about the vehicle was represented accurately, and there were no surprises when it came time to finalize the deal.

If you are in the market for an exotic, well maintained, hard to find Porshe, Rob at Strada Nera has got you covered! I recently purchased a beautiful shark blue 2022 Porshe Cayman S from Rob at Strada Nera and let me tell you this process was the easiest I have ever been through when purchasing a vehicle. First of all, Rob is very knowledgeable with all his vehicles, aswell as each of their history prior to purchasing them and very meticulous when purchasing vehicles for his inventory. The vehicles he has are all in very pristine condition. Rob does not have the typical "pushy salesman attitude" which was a huge deal to me. Rob is very responsive with any questions you have on any of the vehicles. So once again if you are in the market for a high-end exotic vehicle without the typical hassle you may encounter at other dealerships check out Strada Nera and talk to Rob. Thank you again Rob and Strada Nera for making my dream purchase a reality! Five stars all the way!!

If you're looking for a high-end, collector, or exotic vehicle, Strada Nera is in a league of its own. This was easily one of the most professional, transparent, and convenient dealership experiences I've ever had.
Rob, the owner, made the entire process incredibly simple from start to finish. There was no pressure, no unnecessary back-and-forth, just honest communication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the cars he represents. He made every step of the transaction easy and stress-free.
What impressed me most was the quality of the inventory. Every vehicle I looked at was in pristine condition, meticulously maintained, and exactly what you'd expect from a premium dealership. They also had several incredibly rare and hard-to-find vehicles that you simply don't see at most dealerships.
It's refreshing to work with a business that clearly values quality, integrity, and the customer experience. I won't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Strada Nera, and I'll be recommending Rob and his company to anyone looking for luxury, collector, or exotic cars. Five stars without hesitation.
I recently sold my 997.2 911 on consignment at Strada Nera and the experience was easy and seamless. The owner Rob was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowlegable of the current market and laid out all expectations throughout the sales process. I was sad to let my 911 go but Rob made it as enjoyable as possible. If your looking to buy or sell your car, i would highly reccomend Rob and Strada Nera anytime!
Wonderful experience with Rob at Strada Nera. I was looking to source a mint condition 911 with perfect provenance and Rob delivered! The records all matched and the independent inspector was impressed with the PPI for the car. If you are going to buy in this market; go for an exceptional car, a good price and a great person to buy from. It matters in the long run. I highly recommend!

Rob (Strada Nera) is very professional and got us completely comfortable with the long-distance purchase from CA to TX, including paint sample readings, FaceTime with the car, and a live driving video. He was also glad to help with non-purchase items that went above and beyond, such as advice on PPF and even how best to wash the car. The vehicle was in impeccable condition as advertised, and I wouldn't hesitate to have Rob / Strada Nera help me sell a car or to purchase another vehicle from him. Pics included of 2024 PTS 911 purchased.

First impressions, transparency, and trust are a huge part of the car buying experience. Rob upheld these as a responsibility! From explaining every detail about the vehicle's history and physical qualities or shortcomings (there really weren't any), Rob was clear about the vehicle being offered and what exactly we were getting in return. I appreciate Rob for being patient and communicating with me during the entire process. Thank you!! Strada-Nera for helping me with accomplishing this longtime goal.

I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years. My experience with Rob and Strada Nera was one of the best. He is pleasant to work with and always answers texts and emails promptly. He is also well informed on the specifics of these caliber of vehicles. This made me much more comfortable as I had not done business with him before.
When I picked up the car it was spotless. All the paperwork was handled online prior to delivery and the handover basically consisted of two signatures for the DMV. I hope to do more business with Rob and Strada Nera in the future. Can’t recommend them more highly.

Had the best experience buying my e46 M3 through Rob at Strada Nera. He is a genuine enthusiast and a stand up guy that knows his stuff. He had a no pressure attitude and tells it to you straight with the highest standard for the cars at his dealership. I have been back multiple times since purchasing my car and always top notch inventory.
If you are considering buying one of his cars, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

Rob has incredible sports cars coming and going from Strada and I've seen first hand his work on some BMW M cars --- the customer service is second to none.
I highly recommend consulting with Rob if you are looking to buy or sell an enthusiast car!
I was recommended Strada Nera by a friend. They helped me sell my E46 M3. I was going to list it myself basically as is. It was an extremely well maintained car but Rob and Strada Nera helped me take car of all the things to present it super well that I would not have had time to take care of myself. They fully detailed and paint corrected the car, took care of a small tear in the interior, sourced oem side grills, took care of a couple things to tidy up the engine bay and more. All things like that the car needed to present properly. Rob is great at recommending what you should and can do to get top dollar for the car. They took professional photos and listed the car quickly and it sold quickly. Rob is great at proactively and continually communicating. I never once had to reach out to see what was going on, Rob was always super communicative and transparent. I ended up get a decent more in the sale price than I would have listing by myself. Great resource, great people, recommend.
